The tide table was taken from Fisheries and Oceans Canada’s 'Point Atkinson' tide station (see full data here). Point Atkinson is the piece of land jutting out into Burrard Inlet at the west end of West Vancouver, also part of Lighthouse Park. These tides are for Sunday and your travels back to Vancouver.

Caption: Tide information for Point Atkinson. The first column gives
you 24HR time, the second column gives you tidal height in meters, and
the third column gives you tidal heights in feet.
Keep in mind that a flooding tide would mean water coming into Howe Sound and Burrard Inlet and an ebbing tide would be water flowing out towards the Strait of Georgia.
