Dr. David Blowes, Dr. Richard Amos, Dr. David Sego, Dr. Leslie Smith, Gord Macdonald (representing the University of Waterloo, Carleton University, University of Alberta, The University of British Columbia, andDiavik Diamond Mines Inc.) have been awarded a category 2 (large companies) NSERC Synergy award recognizing long term research collaboration between universities and industry.
