Research
A Place of Mind - I grew up dreaming of a place where mountains meet the ocean, until I found myself there.
Now I study the slow, invisible exchanges between soil, water, and rock: how minerals dissolve, how carbon moves, and what allows it to stay.
My research explores carbon dioxide removal through enhanced rock weathering and mineral carbonation, drawing on mineral dissolution kinetics and reactive transport modelling to understand how these processes might help ease the atmospheric carbon burden. This work sits within my primary interest in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), and the possibility that, through these quiet transformations, the planet might breathe a little easier.
Mountains. Ocean. Reactive transport. Carbon.
Some paths wind, but they lead somewhere.
