1D Inversion of Time Domain Electromagnetics for Mineral Exploration



This case history illustrates the application of 1D inversion of time domain electromagnetics (TEM) data collected in a tropical environment. The goal was to determine the thickness of conductive saprolitic overburden, but other geologically significant information was obtained from inverted results.
