I forgot my username/I don't know if I have a username.

Your username is the string that precedes @eoas.ubc.ca or @eos.ubc.ca in your department e-mail address. Your username is generally the first letter of your first name and your last name, though exceptions apply.

I forgot or want to reset my password.

Please contact EOAS IT at helpdesk@eoas.ubc.ca. If you wish to reset your password, please click here to change your password. VPN or wired connection is required.

I don't have an account but should.

EOAS accounts and passwords are restricted to our current faculty, staff, researchers, and graduate students of our department. If you fulfill one of these roles but don't have an account, ask your supervisor to request one on your behalf.
